Returns Policy

We have a 30 Day limit on returns.

If you receive your order and aren’t happy with it for any reason, please post it back to us at: 

c/o US Launch Pad Ltd. Unit 1-4 Brook Road Industrial Estate, Brook Road, Essex, SS6 7XL

1. To be eligible for a refund, your product must be returned in the same condition you received it in. 
2. Once we have received your product and are happy with the condition, we will issue a refund within 24 hours.

Please note that refund amount will be the original cost of the item minus original postage, unless item was defective. In cases where return postage will be reimbursed, the Gilded Bird will refund up to £5.90 for return postage. 

Items being returned should be in the original packaging. Due to health and safety requirements, we cannot accept returns on change mats that have been opened/used.

We do not take responsibility for the loss or theft of items after completion of delivery. If you believe your package to be missing after it has been confirmed as delivered, please contact us and we will raise it with the courier as it is out of our hands at that point.
