Delivery Details

United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland)

We have two delivery options available in the UK.

1. Premium delivery: 1-2 working days with same day dispatch available on orders placed before 12pm. This service is £6.99. 

2. Standard delivery: 3-5 working days after dispatch to arrive. This service is £4.99 on orders below £100 and free over. 

Delivery of your order is done by Evri.

If the product you have ordered is out of stock it can take up-to 10 working days after the order date to arrive. This is a rare occurrence and we will inform you same day if this is the case.

 

Northern Ireland

Standard delivery costs £12 and will arrive 3-5 working days after dispatch. 

United States of America

Delivery of your nursery accessory will take 3 working days to arrive and will cost $11.99.

Worldwide

Europe: Currently Unavailable

Note: You will have to pay any applicable customs charges at the border.

We do not take responsibility for the loss or theft of items after completion of delivery. If you believe your package to be missing after it has been confirmed as delivered, please contact us and we will raise it with the courier as it is out of our hands at that point.
